Publié le France Assureurs signs a new agreement to adjust minimum salaries in the insurance sector
On June 16, 2025, France Assureurs and four trade unions (CFDT, CFE-CGC, CFTC, and UNSA) concluded three agreements on minimum annual pay in the insurance sector.
These agreements correspond to the three collective bargaining agreements applicable in the insurance sector for 2025.
As of 1 January 2025, the sector’s minimum salaries will rise by:
- 1.5% for administrative staff in classes 1 and 2, as well as for level I sales staff.
- 1.0 % for administrative staff in classes 3 and 5, as well as for class 5 inspectors and level II sales staff.
- 0.4 % for administrative staff in classes 6 and 7, as well as for inspectors in classes 6 and 7.
These increases are part of the ongoing continuity of salary adjustments implemented in the sector without interruption for many years.
In addition, the three agreements reaffirm employers’ commitment to ensuring equal pay for women and men.
Mrs Florence Lustman, President of France Assureurs: “I am delighted that, once again this year, France Assureurs and four representative trade unions have successfully agreed on the sector’s minimum annual pay. This agreement reflects the strength of social dialogue within our sector. It not only helps maintain a harmonious working environment but also reinforce the attractiveness of our sector.”
